A few friends of mine have been having major issues for their children are getting up too early.  I remember that sage and it is tough on the parent waking up for the day from 5am on!

I saw this night-light called, Good Nite Lite” where you preset the bedtime time, and wake up time, and a lit moon appears for night, and the sun for morning.   I would suggest setting the wake up time 10-15 minutes later than your childs wake up time, then continue setting the time back for 10-15 minutes later for a few days.  It CAN work, for I do it every Day Light Savings Time, and it’s worth a try!
